Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Shipping transit times vary depending on delivery location but standard shipping has an average delivery time of 3-5 business days from date of purchase.
Shipping Methods: We offer free standards shipping on all U.S. orders (under 2lbs). Over 2lbs orders will have a flat fee of $10 per order up to 5 lbs.
International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@feedingfriendzies.shop to obtain a return authorization.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Products: While we strive for perfect transactions, we recognize that mistakes sometimes happen. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@feedingfriendzies.shop for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
