Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products, the shipping method selected, and the destination. Customers can view shipping costs at checkout before placing their order.

Shipping Methods: We offer flat fee shipping based on the weight of the products and the destination. We offer Free Shipping on any order of $50 or more.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.


Returns Policy

Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@feedingfriendzies.shop to obtain a return authorization.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Products: While we strive for perfect transactions, we recognize that mistakes sometimes happen. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@feedingfriendzies.shop immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
